6. Legal Bases for Processing
For users in the European Union, United Kingdom, EFTA/EEA, and similar jurisdictions, our legal bases for processing may include:
- Contractual necessity: To provide the Game, store progress, support account linking, deliver purchases, and operate requested features.
- Consent: For ad personalization, certain analytics, attribution, measurement, and partner processing where consent is legally required.
- Legitimate interests: To maintain security, prevent fraud, diagnose errors, improve the Game, provide contextual ads, and understand aggregate usage, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.

7. Consent, Opt-Out, and Privacy Choices
Where legally required, including in the European Union, United Kingdom, EFTA/EEA, California, and other applicable regions, we request consent before enabling personalized advertising or other partner processing that requires consent. We also pass consent, age, "Do Not Sell or Share", limit ad tracking, restricted processing, or similar privacy signals to advertising, mediation, analytics, attribution, and measurement partners as required by law, platform policy, and partner policy.
Your choices may include:
- Managing consent in the Game's privacy or consent settings, where available.
- Resetting or limiting your mobile advertising identifier in your device settings.

- Successors or affiliates in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, making advertising identifiers or similar data available to advertising partners for personalized ads can be legally classified as a "sale", "sharing", "targeted advertising", or similar activity even when no money is exchanged. We honor legally required opt-out choices for those activities.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Game, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the data category, provider, platform, and legal requirement. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted, anonymized, or aggregated where reasonably possible.

The Game is available internationally. Information may be processed in Türkiye, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other countries where we or our service providers operate. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without required consent, or that child-related data has been processed contrary to this Privacy Policy, we will take steps to delete or disable the data and processing as required.
