Data Deletion Request for Rush Racer

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with Rush Racer. It applies only to Rush Racer and does not cover unrelated Bork Istanbul services.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to hello@borkistanbul.com with the subject line "Rush Racer Data Deletion Request".
If possible, use the in-game support or data screen to copy your support information and include it in your email. This helps us find the correct Rush Racer records without asking for your password or payment details.
The most helpful fields are:
- Support Install Code.
- UGS ID.
- Analytics User ID.
- The platform you use: iOS or Android.
- The linked platform provider, such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, if shown.
- Any purchase or order IDs if your request relates to purchase-linked records.
The copied support block may include session IDs, profile IDs, installation IDs, and platform IDs. These can help with support, but they are not required for every deletion request. You may remove session IDs if you are not contacting us about a current support session.
Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive documents unless we specifically ask for information needed to verify your request.
What We Delete
After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data that we control and can reasonably identify. This may include Rush Racer account identifiers, cloud save data, gameplay progress, analytics records linked to your account where deletion is technically available, support messages, and related backend records.
Deleting game data may permanently remove your progress, settings, cloud saves, rewards, and other account-linked game state. Deleted data may not be recoverable.
Data We May Need to Keep
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform compliance reasons. Purchase records handled by Apple, Google, or another app store may also remain under that platform's own policies.
Third-Party Services
Rush Racer uses service providers such as Unity Gaming Services, advertising and mediation partners, attribution and measurement providers, app stores, and payment processors. We will process deletion for data we control. Some third-party providers may require separate privacy or deletion requests through their own tools or policies.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more time because a request is complex or difficult to verify, we will let you know.
